Capillary Wave for Men-Now online

https://capillarywave.org/

For those unaware - Capillary Wave Community for Men is now offering Tuesday Nights Virtual Support Group.

What do our support groups look like?
  • Great group of guys who talk about life
  • Advice and support from men who've been there before
  • Plenty of laughs too!
There's a lot happening around us right now - I guarantee you it's easier to deal with it all when you have a group of guys supporting you.

Men's Tuesday Night Virtual Support Group brings men together online to talk openly about health, stress, and everyday challenges. Each week, you’ll connect with others who understand what you’re facing and want to take better care of their bodies and minds.

Guided by Capillary Wave Community for Men’s mission to improve men’s health, this group offers space to share experiences, learn practical tools for managing chronic conditions, and support one another in real time. Register below to join the conversation.

Watercolour Painting Lessons

I wanted to share this here as this young lady is very passionate and extremely gifted with her talent in art work.  She is very patient and flexible as she has the most beautiful heart and she loves working with people of all ages. A ray of sunshine

Highly recommended

This is what I had made as I see myself as the Share Bear Care Bear lol

I'd like to share a recent endeavour and passion of mine, as I begin to offer private watercolour painting lessons, open to all ages and backgrounds.
Painting has been one of the most cathartic and healing art modalities I have derived great joy and peace from. It is my calling to share this with others and help others connect to their inner child through creation.
A bit about my practice & approach:
I am a multi-disciplinary artist, poet, OCAD University graduate, art teacher, and workshop facilitator, passionate about using art as a healing modality for self expression and growth.
Watercolour painting and poetry are two of my most passionate pursuits as I use art to inspire others to live in alignment with their values & truly envision their dreams come true! The possibilities are endless!
DM if interested for more information🙂
I look forward to painting & finding purpose, together!

I Was Talking About Brave Before Life Taught Me What Brave Is-Carol's story

Bravery isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you choose.

Hello brave human,

I stumbled across something I wrote six years ago this week, and it made me laugh!

Not because I was a totally different person back then.
But because I would write almost the exact same thing today.

Before the breakdown.
Before the diagnoses.
Before life taught me bravery the hard way.

Even then, I was already talking about being brave.

This week’s blog isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you already are… and letting that be enough.

If January has you feeling the pressure to fix, improve, or become someone new… consider this a pause. And a permission slip.

I was Talking About Brave Before Life Taught Me What Brave Is

Cheering you on!
