A Practical Strengths Workshop for Everyday Life
Feb 3, 2026 @ 901 Guelph LIne (WorkWell Spaces) 7-9 PM
This interactive workshop helps you understand what you naturally do well — and how to use those strengths more effectively in real life.
Using the VIA Character Strengths framework (a short assessment completed in advance), we’ll explore:
What strengths actually are (and why they matter)
How to use your strengths intentionally — without overdoing or underusing them
How strengths show up under pressure, at work, and in relationships
How to recognize strengths in others to improve communication and connection
This isn’t about fixing yourself or digging into the past. It’s about gaining clarity, confidence, and practical tools you can use right away.
Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and a hands-on strength-spotting exercise, you’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of how you operate at your best
Practical ways to apply your strengths in daily life
Greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness
Stronger connections with the people around you
No experience required. Just show up ready to participate.

Stress Reset: Practical to Tools to Regulate & Strengthen Mental Performance
Feb 24, 2026 7-8:30 PM 901 Guelph lIne (WorkWell Spaces)
Stress does not just live in your head.
It lives in your nervous system and directly affects focus, decision making, sleep, patience, and performance.
In this short and impactful session, you will learn how stress actually works in the brain and body, and how to shift out of constant pressure mode so you can respond instead of react, think clearly under stress, and feel more in control day to day. This is not about talking more or doing more. It is about learning how to work with your nervous system so it works for you.
All Participants who Attend will Receive:
A complimentary Self Hypnosis audio to use at home
A 50% off offer for any Westend Hypnosis Program when a Free Screening is booked on the spot or that day

Demystifying Grief & Exploring Connections
Date:TBD --More information and access to registration to come-
We live and work in a society that is largely grief illiterate. Widespread stigma and misunderstanding impacts experiences of loss and grief and not only pathologized and disenfranchises individuals, it overlooks opportunities to support grieving individuals, families and communities.
This workshop is dedicated to exploring and demystifying experiences of grief and grieving. We will honour the saturation of grief and multiple losses (non-death and death related) and reflect on the unique ways that loss and grief impact us as individuals, and as a collective. We will also highlight different types of grief, explore coping strategies, tools and resources.
