Focus and Motivation

 Prioritize Tasks:

Start with the most important things first. You only have a limited amount of willpower in a day so tackle the tough stuff early, and the rest becomes a breeze.

Take Short Breaks:

Don't forget to give your brain a breather. Every hour or so, take a quick walk, stretch, or do something you enjoy for a few minutes. You'll come back refreshed and ready to tackle more.

Set Achievable Goals:

Break down big tasks into smaller ones. It's like climbing a ladder – one step at a time. Celebrate small victories along the way to keep the momentum going.

And here's a quote to keep you inspired:

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." - Winston Churchill

Arthouse Halton-FREE art classes for children

I highly recommend this program that promotes the Arts for FREE for children aged 7-12.  They run classes in Oakville, Burlington and Milton.

I had a very personal connection with Arthouse for many years when my son was 7 til probably about the age of 14 as then they started a leadership type program.

My son was part of so many wonderful experiences, classes in the field of the ARTS program which has enhanced his love for arts and crafts over the years.

He took classes in photography, cooking classes, dancing classes (hip hop), their summer camp theatre program at Sheridan College and he was in a play-my son on stage!!

Don Pangman and Gemma are the kindest people with the most gracious souls with all that they do to make Artouse FREE for our children.

Here is an example of a piece my son made thanks to Arthouse
