Reflecting on 2025

  • What did this year teach me about myself?

  • Where did I grow, even when nobody else saw?

  • What am I the most grateful for from 2025?

Letting go

  • What am I ready to leave behind in 2025?

  • What expectations no longer serve me?

  • What would I stop carrying around with me, if I could?

Naming what matters

  • What do I want to protect in 2026?

  • What makes me feel the most like myself?

  • When did I feel most present this year, and how can I integrate it into the new year?

Looking ahead

  • What intention do I want to carry with me into 2026?

  • How do I want to treat myself when things get hard?

  • What kind of energy do I want to bring into my relationships?

No need to answer all of them. Just choose what resonates.

If it feels right, light a candle tonight. Write down one thing you’re grateful for, and one intention you want to carry into 2026.

You don’t need to share it. You don’t need to perfect it. Just name it.
