CMHA Halton Family Matters 6-Week Program for Caregivers Jan 13-Feb 17. Registration Required

 

We are pleased to announce that the next Halton Family Matters Program is taking place from Jan 13th to Feb 17, 2026. This 6-week program is designed to support Halton-based caregivers of those living with mental health and/or addiction challenges.

This unique program offers skill-building support, 1:1 peer support, system navigation, and developing your own personal wellness plan.

If you are a caregiver or know a caregiver who is seeking community connection, join us in January!
