Gross family income must be less than $200,000 per year.
Individuals/families that have benefits must show that they have used their benefits first, before receiving additional funding through certain Care Centre resources (some exemptions apply).
Families/individuals seeking care from our regulated care providers must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The PORTICO Care Centre provides a comprehensive range of care aimed at addressing the spiritual, mental, financial, and physical needs of individuals in our community. Based on the availability of our Care Providers, these services may vary.
