Healing, Health & Growth is an open group of creative practice and support!
Your self-love journey isn’t about fixing what’s wrong with you; it is about discovering which talents and strengths are uniquely yours and letting go of the old familial, cultural, and collective conditioning. When you release your descriptions of who you think you should be and (re)discover your true nature, you actualize your own authentic creation. When everything is visible, embraced, and loved inside, you can discover your truth! Discovering your unique truth is the goal of Self-Discovery!

An EMDR-Informed Workshop for Women Healing from Complex Trauma
Women and femme survivors living with complex trauma often develop negative core beliefs shaped by past experiences. These beliefs can keep individuals stuck in survival responses such as fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or shutdown. This EMDR-informed workshop is designed to help women and femme survivors “zoom out” from trauma and move from negative core beliefs toward adaptive beliefs that support healing, safety, and well-being.
Participants will learn how external events—such as relationship challenges, grief, loss, and interpersonal stress—trigger internal responses including thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. Through psychoeducation and guided experiential exercises, participants will learn to zoom out, understand the bigger picture, and begin developing adaptive beliefs that promote peace and well-being within.
