Capillary Wave for Men/Women-Burlington (Mental Health Support Group)

πŸ“£Here are some announcements and events happening with Capillary Wave Community:πŸ“£

5 Elements Workshop -

Most of us were never taught how to tune into our energy or emotions—until something forces us to. Stress builds. We react in ways we don’t recognize. We feel disconnected from ourselves and others.

And we wonder, Why does this keep happening?

This session offers a different way in.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Five Elements framework—Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal—offers a powerful, intuitive lens for understanding how we lead, connect, recharge, and respond under pressure. You’ll start to see how your patterns make sense—and what to do when they stop serving you.

Whether you’re feeling burned out, short-fused, numb, or just looking for better tools, this session will give you:

  • A way to understand your reactions without judgment
  • Language for what’s happening inside (especially when things feel off)
  • Practical techniques to calm your nervous system and reset your energy

You don’t need to be into crystals or incense (and it’s cool if you are). This is ancient, practical, and body-based—designed to help you feel more steady, connected, and like yourself again.

Led by Julie Lafleur, a new Pit Stop Crew member and corporate burnout survivor who spent 20+ years in the tech world before shifting into energy medicine, this session blends science, ancient wisdom, and real-life tools to support mental health in a grounded, relatable way.

Couple of new things...
I’m thrilled to announce the launch of Capillary Wave Community’s new website! If you or someone you know could use support, we’re here to help.

As we continue building a full-service mental health organization, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some incredible people who are truly transforming lives.

I’m also proud to share that Capillary’s Holistic Education Crew is now ready to bring meaningful change to boardrooms, classrooms, and communities. If your workplace—or even your kids’ high school—could benefit from what we offer, I’d love to connect!
