CMHA Halton is offering a free 12-week DBT program Coping Skills for Change (see attached flier for more information).
Two sessions are being offered:
Wed Sept 24 to Dec 10, 1:30-4:00 pm virtual
Thurs Sept 25 to Dec 11 1-3:30 pm in-person
