**Please note that the Capillary Wave Community Team will be taking a Christmas Break December 24 - January 5. There will be no in-person support groups during this period. 
We have an exciting volunteering opportunity for Capillary Wave members that provides us a chance to GIVE BACK to our community. We have partnered with FEED HALTON, a local food bank to have four chances to be able to volunteer in the month of January. Holiday Craft Night with Cara~On Tuesday, December 16, we are hosting a Holiday Craft Night with Cara at 600 Brant! Join us for a cozy evening of creativity, laughter, and connection as we make holiday barn board signs. **All supplies are included in your ticket cost. Capillary Wave is sponsoring the other half of the cost.**
