March Topic: The Strength to Stay With Discomfort Instead of Escaping It
Many of us already know what we need to say, decide, or change. The challenge is not clarity. The challenge is discomfort. When something feels uncomfortable or risky, we tense up, second guess ourselves, scroll, delay, or avoid the very thing that matters.
This circle is about learning how to handle that discomfort without immediately backing away from what matters. We will gently explore what happens in our body when something feels uncomfortable, and how to build the steadiness needed to move forward instead of shutting down or avoiding it. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are.
Sharing is always optional. Listening is a full form of participation.
