Get Ready for The Four Sisters of Mother!

Through guided reflection, participants will be taken on a personal journey to explore the Four Sisters, each representing different qualities, energies, and ways of being.

This teaching encourages self-awareness and connection, helping each participant recognize which sister they most resonate with and how these energies show up in their lives.

Session to include a reflective paint activity - no art degrees required!
