Good Morning,
Spring break is here for many of us, and honestly, it doesn't always feel like a "break."For a lot of women, it means juggling work, kids at home, disrupted routines, extra noise, and trying to keep everything moving without completely losing your mind in the process. If this week feels a little chaotic or heavier than usual, you're not doing it wrong - you're just living real life.
Here are a few small tools that might help this week ~
~Lower the bar (just a little bit).
Not every meal has to be perfect and not every moment needs to be productive. Sometimes the win is simply getting through the day with everyone fed and okay.
~Create one small pocket of quiet.
Even 10 minutes alone be it a short walk, a quiet cup of coffee before the house wakes up can reset your nervous system more than you think.
~Let the kids see real life.
It's okay for children to see that adults are balancing everything too. They don't need perfection; they need presence and honesty.
~Look for a simple moment of connection.
A quick walk, a board game, watching a movie together, or just talking for a few minutes. It doesn't have to be a big to matter.
Here is the link to register for upcoming in-person/peer-to-peer support groups ~

If this week feels messy, busy, loud, or imperfect, you're in good company. Most women are doing their best to hold a lot of moving pieces together right now. Take care of yourself and give yourself a little grace where you can't.
Have a great week, and I hope to see you at the table soon!

Gratefully,
