Joseph Brant Hospital's Community Mental Health services provide a continuum of care from assessment or consultation to specialized treatment supports for clients with complex and serious mental health disorders. Program leaders will discuss the options available for care and the best practises for accessing services in the Community including the new path to Care created by the Hospital’s recent inclusion in Mississauga Halton’s One-Link central access model.
