Capillary Wave Community for Women May 11th & 12th-Burlington Free-Highly Recommended

There once was a woman who kept every door in her life WIDE open. She answered every call, carried every burden, and welcomed every demand. One day, exhausted and unseen, she quietly closed a few doors. She said no without guilt, rested without apology, and chose peace over pleasing others. To her surprise, the world did not fall apart. Instead the light returned to her eyes, her laughter came back, and for the first time in a long time, she felt at home within herself. Boundaries teach others how to treat us, but even more importantly, they teach us how to value ourselves.

From Guilt & Shame to Owning Your Sh*t
From Guilt & Shame to Owning Your Sh*t - This workshop supports you in understanding and transforming your relationship with guilt and shame. We guide participants in distinguishing between guilt (behaviour-based and constructive) and shame (identity-based and limiting), while building the capacity to face both without avoidance, defensiveness, or self-attack. Using a self reflection tool, and the HAIRRT framework, you will be led through a process of honest self-reflection, personal accountability, and emotional regulation, allowing you to take responsibility for your actions without collapsing into negative self-identity. The focus is not on confession or correction, but on developing internal resilience, integrity, and the ability to stay present with difficult emotions You will leave with a clearer understanding of themselves, and a grounded path forward for how to show up with greater awareness, responsibility, and emotional strength.

Tuesday Night Conversation & Connection ~CREATIVE IMPRESSION ART NIGHT!

So if you need permission today, let this be it: close the doors that drain you, lock out what harms you, and leave open only what nurtures you. Because the life meant for you will never require your destruction to maintain it. Sometimes the greatest act of love is not letting everyone in - it's finally choosing yourself.

Have an amazing week!

Gratefully,
