Capillary Wave Community for Women June 15th & 16th

Sometimes growth changes the shape of our relationships. Not every friendship is meant to follow us into every season, and that can be one of the hardest parts of personal growth.

As you reflect this week, ask yourself:

Am I holding onto connections that no longer align with who I am becoming?

A simple tool this week to help you move forward:

Journal what this relationship has taught you - focus on gratitude for what it was, rather than the pain it no longer is.
