We hope you have been keeping safe this week from the heatwave and wildfire smoke coming from Northern Ontario. Our hearts go out to the communities who have been affected. Please stay cool and hydrate as you travel and attend our events throughout the week!  Announcements: There are NO programs/events on August 3rd due to Civic Holiday. Starting on August 3rd, Latin Dance class will be from 6:30 to 8PM (new link). Healthy Minds Group Therapy will be happening on August 3rd.  Check out our programs for this week below! This Circular Economy will help us reduce our dependance on fast fashion trends, clear space in your closet, and teach you how to mend and embroider your favourite clothes with Arwen. This month, we will be having a picnic at Cooksville Park with some great food and soccer fun! Come practice your soccer skills with good company. Be sure to dress for the weather! Join us for a Latin dance party on Friday, July 31st from 7PM to 9PM! We will be turning up the heat with dances in salsa and bachata styles.
