It’s Easy to Do Nothing
It’s easy to pass on support group.
It’s easy to say, “I’m fine.”
It’s easy to stay home, keep busy, scroll your phone, watch TV, or tell yourself you’ll deal with things later.
And that’s the problem.
Doing nothing is easy. Getting better takes intention.
Better mental health doesn’t usually happen by accident.
It comes from making small choices:
Showing up.
Talking honestly.
Listening to other women.
Getting out of isolation.
Learning something new.
Taking one step instead of waiting for everything to change on its own.
You don’t have to completely change your life this week.
But you do have to choose to do something.
Support group is one of those choices.
One evening.
One conversation.
One step toward taking better care of yourself.
It’s easy to pass. It’s easy to do nothing.
But if you want something to change, eventually you have to make a different choice.
Why not start this week?
We’ll save you a chair.
