Good Morning Ladies,

We are going to change things up for the next few weeks and see how it goes - while these support groups are about sharing, learning from each other and unloading the weight... we need to put more emphasis on the HOW we get better versus the WHY each of us is here.

I am always looking things up to better myself and then bring it to the group... be it a video or an article or book - I've noticed recently that there is tons of information on the WHYs (Why do I feel like this, Why do I act and react this way so forth and so on) - Great information but I'd really like to learn a lot more on the HOW - (How do I get healthier in mind, body and spirit)

I never want the group meetings to be routine for the sake of routine. I want us to be challenged, to learn, to grow - we all come to the table for a variety of reasons but at the core we are ALL coming to the table for a common one... and that is we are hurting. 

I can say with absolute certainty, that the WHYs keep us stuck, the HOWs keep us moving forward. Well Done is always always always better than Well Said.
