Hello everyone and welcome all new members!
As I mentioned last week we are going to change things up for the next few weeks and see where it goes from there. After researching support groups and how to improve impact, one common challenge that surfaced is what's called "Negative Looping" and we are guilty of it. Negative looping is talking about the same things repeatedly - if we step back and take an honest look, are we moving forward doing it this way or are we in the same spot? I'm all in for moving forward and using the experiences we all bring to the table to help us.
We have our first fundraiser Sunday March 8th at the BLK Swan downtown Burlington.... It's a 2 in 1 event - upstairs will be our 2nd annual charity poker tournament, ALL-IN For Conversation and on the main floor we are having the SuperDADs & Sidekicks! a family friendly event where we'll be hosting Batman, Spiderman and other superheroes! Great raffle prizes and an area to take pictures with the superheroes.
