Good morning ladies,
There comes a point in many of our lives where we pause and quietly ask ourselves a question we may have avoided for a long time: Who am I now?
Between caring for others, building careers, navigating relationships, and simply getting through this busy rhythm of life, it's easy for pieces of our identity to get tucked away. Not lost - just patiently waiting to be rediscovered. Reclaiming your identity isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you've always been underneath the roles, responsibilities, and expectations. It's about giving yourself permission to be curious again, to reconnect with what lights you up, and to still make space for the version of you that's still growing.
We are now offering a Tuesday Morning Women's In-Person Peer-to-Peer Support Group! Every Tuesday morning 10 am - 12 pm! You are able to register using the link below

**Just a reminder, we have an From Chaos to Calm : An ADHD for Women workshop coming up this week. Only three spots are available—get yours now.
Please use this link to register for any of the upcoming workshops or in-person peer-to-peer support groups ~
As we move through this week, consider this a gentle reminder: there is no pressure to have everything figured out. We're simply walking alongside one another - learning, growing, and reclaiming pieces of ourselves along the way.
With Warmth,
Tanya
Gratefully,

From Chaos to Calm: An ADHD Workshop for Women
This 2.5-hour workshop is designed for women with ADHD (diagnosed or suspected). We'll explore how ADHD shows up differently in women, with a focus on hormonal impacts, emotional regulation challenges, and burnout. You'll gain evidence-based understanding of your ADHD brain (it's neurology, not failure) along with practical tools and strategies in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Facilitator: Sherry is a Registered Nurse and ADHD Coach who uses neuroscience to help people understand their ADHD brains, exploring what works for them, while drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience.
