Stride is offering a free 8-week virtual workshop called the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®). This program supports people in creating their own personalized plan for staying well, managing stress, and working toward their goals.
WRAP® is an evidence-based program that helps participants:
- Build tools for staying well and managing challenges
- Increase hope, empowerment, and quality of life
- Strengthen recovery and self-advocacy
Workshop Details:
· Thursdays, May 21 – July 9, 2026
- 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM (online via Microsoft Teams)
